The Best Homemade Milk Chocolate

This Homemade Milk Chocolate Recipe is spot on Delicious.  My friends and family have all said that this is as good as any chocolate they’ve ever had.  Words like Truffle and Ghirardelli were thrown around with head nods after biting into these numbers.  So you can trust that this recipe is where it’s at.  Plus, it is so easy to adjust if you like a milder or darker chocolate.  Literally just add or take away some of the powdered milk and you can dial it in exactly to your tastes.

Milk Chocolate and Candy Silicone Molds

In this Milk Chocolate recipe I had the pleasure of using Bargain Roll Back’s Silicone Molds.  These arrived, practically, as soon as I ordered them and I feel like they’re a great product.  Even my kids love playing with them.  So if you’re interested in getting Silicon Molds like the ones I use in this video you can find them HERE.

Poor Man's Gourmet Kitchen

I'm just a regular guy in search of his bliss and I find that bliss in food and all of its many cultural differences. A very seasoned and experience chef taught me how to use my pallet to best serve and prepare a dish with all of its natural flavors from other foods before ever introducing “forced flavoring”, such as salt. My goal isn’t just to teach how to incorporate these products into simple gourmet dishes but to show, how easy, it can be done from anyone's Kitchen with cheaper, convenient substitutions that will not only blow your mind, but insure that most no one will be able to ever tell the difference! Welcome to The Poor Man’s Gourmet Kitchen!
