Cheese Sauce

Velveeta Cheese Sauce

This is one of the easiest and tastiest Cheese Sauce recipes out there. Unfortunately, for some, you’re not going to be happy with the source or it’s availability because it absolutely is a processed cheese and it’s not sold globally. So, if you don’t like processed cheese, this is NOT the recipe for you. If Velveeta Cheese isn’t available where you live, maybe Amazon can get it there for you to try and decide.

Just know, for those don’t mind processed cheese, that this sauce is amazing and it goes great on everything, including Macaroni. You probably noticed the other examples I filmed and pictured with cheese sauce on them; Broccoli, Tater Tots and Cheesesteak. You can also turn this into a great Nacho Cheese Sauce by simply adding chopped Jalapeno Peppers instead of Parsley.

Spaghetti Cold Noodle Salad

Cold Spaghetti Noodle Salad.

The Best Cold Spaghetti

This is it. This is the one you’ve been looking for. A Cold Noodle Salad recipe that puts the others to shame because its got the right balance of flavors. Not to mention, it’s made with spaghetti. I’m talking about a side dish that can be eaten as the main course, instead, it’s so good. Every bite you discover a new twist because it’s made with fresh ingredients. Most pasta dishes make you feel stuffed and bloated but this cold spaghetti recipe keeps it light and oddly fulfilling. My wife and I always fight over the last serving.

The Secret to this Dish

The flavors that make this Spaghetti Cold Noodle Salad unique come from several different flavors. First, Garlic infused Olive oil. Second, Bacon. Third, Parmesan Cheese and the Fourth, of course, is fresh chopped vegetables.

In this recipe I add green onion, Roma tomatoes, fresh broccoli, black olives but you can add any other vegetable you like. Zucchini or Cucumber is a nice additive or substitution. Mayonnaise and olive oil make up the bulk of the dressing with chopped garlic and salt but, you can add fresh Basil or mint, maybe even a squeeze of lemon juice if you’d like to spruce it up even more. It’s up to you.

There aren’t any additional spices or fresh herbs but I could see some Italian seasoning or Herbs De Province adding a nice touch. Even a pinch of Cayenne might not hurt. Just be sure to season with Salt and Pepper to your tastes and you’ll enjoy a wonderful summer salad. And, though this recipe calls for spaghetti, this recipe is great with other dried pasta’s as well; Penne, Butterflies, Shells or classic Elbow Macaroni are all fine examples.

Blue Cheese Dressing

Homemade, chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.

The Best Blue Cheese Dressing

I have been a fan of Blue Cheese Dressing my entire life so, believe me when I say this recipe is amazing. It just doesn’t come this good in a bottle and many online recipes just can’t be trusted. Some bloggers get you in the vicinity of a decent dressing but there always seems to be something missing. Am I right? Well, not here, no sir/mam. I’ve got the best recipe right here and it’s great on salads, used as a dip with veggies or chicken wings.

Crumbled Blue Cheese.

Smooth or Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

These days you can buy blue cheese already crumbled and ready to go. If you’re buying it by the brick, however, you’ll have to break it down and crumble it with your hands or slice it with a knife. If you’re going for a chunky recipe, just eye ball the pieces and prep them to your preference and size. If you prefer a creamy dressing, just break down the blue cheese to a size your blender or hand mixer can handle because that’s the only way you’re going to get a creamy Blue Cheese Dressing with out mixing for hours by hand.

Blue Cheese Dressing or Dip

Last week I filmed my version of Buffalo Chicken Wings and I paired that recipe with this Blue Cheese Dressing. The two recipes together are sensational. So good in fact that I bought more wings and ingredients to make the dressing again, yesterday. I used every last bit, of the dressing I filmed, on salads I ate for lunch, all week long. So I highly recommend both of these recipes.

Blue Cheese Dressing Ingredients:

6 – 8 oz Blue Cheese
1 cup Butter Milk
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonaise
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sugar, maybe more
Salt and Pepper to taste

Just mix all of the ingredients together, to make your Blue Cheese Dressing, and be sure to watch the video tutorial.
