Firecracker Shrimp Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Fried Shrimp – Crispy and golden.
- 2 Green Onions – Chopped for garnish.
- 12 Red Chilies – For that fiery kick.
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise – Creamy base for the sauce.
- 1/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce – Sweet and tangy heat.
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce (optional) – Adds a savory depth.
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Snap the red chilies in half and mix them with the chopped green onions.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and orange chili sauce until smooth.
