Sweet and Sour Sauce

Classic Sweet and Sour Sauce

This Sweet and Sour Sauce is so good you’ll never buy that bottled crap again. Unless it’s Sweet Chili Sauce of course (I love that stuff). This recipe is so easy too. You can pretty much just throw everything in the blender, then cook it on the stove until it thickens; which is only as long as it takes to bring it to a boil.  And, truth be told, you can even cut this recipe in half if you don’t want to add all of the veggies and just go with all of the other listed ingredients.  But, I’m telling ya, if you want it to taste as good as mine I wouldn’t recommend it!

If you need a Chinese Batter recipe for pork, chicken or Shrimp, like I used at the end of this video, just click the link below. I’ve also included a link for Orange Peel Chicken, which is a fantastic sauce, so definitely check that out!

Shrimp Dumplings and Dipping Sauce

Shrimp Dumpling

Amazing Shrimp Dumplings

If you love Shrimp, you’re going to love these Shrimp Dumplings.  They’re a lot like Gyoza, or what most people call Pot Stickers, only better.  Just imagine biting into one of the largest seasoned Prawns you can think of.  Now picture it wrapped in a Steamed Wonton Wrapper and pan fried to perfection.  I don’t know about you but that’s my idea of great recipe.  The only thing missing is something to dip them in but don’t worry I’ve got you covered.  As a bonus, I’ve included a Potsticker/Shrimp Dumpling Sauce recipe down below, with a video tutorial to go along with it, so there’s no room for error.  After you try that you’ll never eat Pot Stickers or Shrimp Dumplings again without it!
