1 lbs Sweet Peppers, small lunchbox
1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Scallions
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp Basalmic Vinegar
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp salt
