You can go with just about any roast recipe you want but I highly recommend you use 1 of 2 of my recipes; <a href=\"http:\/\/poormansgourmetkitchen.com\/pork-roast-oven-roasted-kalua-pig.html\">Kalua Pork Roast<\/a> or my <a href=\"http:\/\/poormansgourmetkitchen.com\/oven-baked-ribs-fall-off-the-bone-tender.html\">Oven Baked Ribs<\/a>; Kalua, of course, being a tender Hawaiian style pulled pork and the Oven Baked Ribs being a Steak House style rib with Cumin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Fries are made fresh from medium sized Russet Potatoes but if you&#8217;re feeling lazy, don&#8217;t hesitate to bake or fry up a frozen bag of french fries. \u00a0I also add a sliced sauteed onion to the pulled pork for a little more flavor and I cover the french fries with Colby Jack Cheese just before I smother with the pork and onions. \u00a0And after everything is plated, I like to top the whole thing off with a Spicy Mayo Fry Sauce I&#8217;ve included in the ingredients below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you&#8217;re interested in other French Fry recipes, you should really look into my <a href=\"http:\/\/poormansgourmetkitchen.com\/lomo-saltado-asian-and-spanish-fusion.html\">Lomo Saltado recipe<\/a>. \u00a0It&#8217;s a Peruvian dish with seasoned and seared steak, sauteed onions, peppers and french fries. \u00a0If you&#8217;ve never seen this recipe I highly recommend you take a look at it.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4E9z6_tclGM?list=PLgpSuUqzreMNQbhfJDJvVqq-knsDGEknL\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Pulled Pork Fries Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>4 Russet Potatoes, sliced<br \/>\n1 Kalua Pork Roast or Rack of Ribs<br \/>\n1 Onion, sliced<br \/>\n1 tbsp Fresh Parsly, chopped<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spicy Fry Sauce<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup Mayo<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Ketchup<br \/>\n1 tbsp Horse Raddish<br \/>\n1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to watch the short video tutorial and I&#8217;ll show you exactly how to make these delicious Pulled Pork Fries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Best Pulled Pork Fries These Pulled Pork Fries are amazing.
