Peppers<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Stuffed Peppers recipe will really surprise you because it isn&#8217;t just good, this dish is amazing. &nbsp;It&#8217;s got a perfect balance of Tex-Mex going on that is literally out of this world. &nbsp;It starts out with Broiled Poblano Peppers that are stuffed with Spanish rice, a mix of chopped veggies, Chipotle Chicken and spices that href=\"http:\/\/poormansgourmetkitchen.com\/chipotle-chicken-for-tacos-and-burritos.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chipotle Chicken<\/a><br \/>\n1 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/poormansgourmetkitchen.com\/enchilada-sauce.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enchilada Sauce<\/a><br \/>\n1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, grated<br \/>\n1 can Black Beans, strained and rinsed<br \/>\n1 can White Corn, strained<br \/>\n2 Green Onions, chopped<br \/>\n1 tomato, chopped<br \/>\n1 Garlic Clove, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 Lime,
