Teriyaki Beef<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In my opinion, your typical Beef and Broccoli recipe lacks flavor. \u00a0That&#8217;s why I&#8217;m using a Teriyaki marinade for this recipe. \u00a0It just gives it a real smooth lift I think the traditional recipe is screaming for. \u00a0However, If you are looking for that traditional flavor you can still use this recipe because it&#8217;s still one in the same, minus the Teriyaki. \u00a0Just use 1\/3 cup of Chicken Broth, 2 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of ginger and Corn Starch to thicken it up. \u00a0It&#8217;s not rocket science. \u00a0But if you&#8217;re looking for a good Teriyaki Marinade, Veri Veri is really good!<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like a more <a src=\"http:\/\/poormansgourmetkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Teriyaki-Marinade.jpg\" alt=\"Teriyaki Marinade\" width=\"150\" height=\"298\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>1\/2 lbs Beef, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 Broccoli stock, chopped<br \/>\n1 Carrot, grated<br \/>\n1\/4 Onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 Garlic clove, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp Corn Starch, heaping<br \/>\n2 oz Teriyaki Sauce or Marinade<br \/>\n1\/3 cup Oil for frying<br \/>\n1 1\/2 qt Boiling Water<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Start Boiling the Water. \u00a0Slice the beef and mix in the Corn Starch. \u00a0Cut the Broccoli and add to the Boiling Water and cook for 2 minutes then strain. \u00a0Cut the Rest of the Vegetables. \u00a0In a hot pan over Medium High heat, add the oil and the Beef and cook until the edges are brown and crispy. \u00a0Strain out the oil and add the onion. \u00a0Cook for one minute then add all of the remaining vegetables add sauce. \u00a0Stir and toss for 30 seconds, then
