Fried Chicken Feet

The Best Fried Chicken Feet

I’ve got a lot to say about this Fried Chicken Feet recipe.  First off, if you can get over the creepiness, these really aren’t that bad.  In fact my wife even used the word delicious.  And, as far as Chicken Feet Recipes go, this probably really is the best of the best.

The secret lies in how the feet are prepared.  Though they are fried, to give it that crispy outside texture, they are actually boiled first to make the inside tender.  I borrowed the sauce from my Wasabi Chicken Wings recipe, which I’ve included below, but in all honesty, if you like spice, I highly recommend using the sauce from my Firecracker Shrimp recipe instead.  I’ve included a link for that below as well.

The second thing I would say about Fried Chicken Feet is that there really isn’t a lot of meat, unfortunately.  I think someone would really be ordering or serving these up for the “Awe” effect, because these really are impressive to look at and they make a great conversational piece!

Homemade Milk Chocolate

The Best Homemade Milk Chocolate

This Homemade Milk Chocolate Recipe is spot on Delicious.  My friends and family have all said that this is as good as any chocolate they’ve ever had.  Words like Truffle and Ghirardelli were thrown around with head nods after biting into these numbers.  So you can trust that this recipe is where it’s at.  Plus, it is so easy to adjust if you like a milder or darker chocolate.  Literally just add or take away some of the powdered milk and you can dial it in exactly to your tastes.

Milk Chocolate and Candy Silicone Molds

In this Milk Chocolate recipe I had the pleasure of using Bargain Roll Back’s Silicone Molds.  These arrived, practically, as soon as I ordered them and I feel like they’re a great product.  Even my kids love playing with them.  So if you’re interested in getting Silicon Molds like the ones I use in this video you can find them HERE.

Nacho Pizza

Nacho Pizza Main Pic

The Best Nacho Pizza

Nacho Pizza is fabulous and once you see and taste it for yourself you’ll agree.  Nachos very often have a real nice spicy sauce over them with melted cheese, also Onions, Peppers, chopped Tomato and Olives, Avocado or Guacamole and very often, Lettuce and Sour Cream.  Well, you guessed it.  those are all of my ingredients for this Nacho Pizza and if you dare to try it out for yourself, you’re going to love it.

Pepperoni Vs. Nacho Pizza

Clearly, there’s no comparison between a classic Pepperoni Pizza and a Nacho Pizza.  In fact I’m just showing off a nice pic I took of this Pepperoni using Vita Versa’s Pizza Peal.  And I am so glad they sent it too me.  I had this old Baking stone I hadn’t broke out yet and I’ve just been dying to use it.  So between the two, i can crank out some fantastic Pizza.

The Pizza Peel is easy to use and making pizza is a lot more enjoyable now when pull this off the wall to slide the dough in and out.  As you will see in my Nacho Pizza Video down below, owning your own peal makes total sense.  And it cleans up and stores with ease.  So if you’re interested in Vita Verse’s Pizza Peel, check out their page.

You might also need a few other recipes if you want to make your Nacho Pizza the same way I made this one.  I’ve got those links listed down below along with the Pizza Dough recipe as well.
